Most Minute app problems come down to device, location, or account status. Work through the checks below before writing to support.

Quick tips in the Minute app

I have no tasks available, or I see a 403 error

This normally means one of the following:

  • Your account has been disabled

  • Your phone is not a compatible model

  • Your location does not match the project requirements

Confirm your device is on the approved list and that you are in your approved country without a VPN, then write to us through the chat so we can investigate.

My account is disabled

First verify that you are using an approved device and recording from your approved country. If both are correct, write to us through the chat.

I see "Failed to Create Upload" or error 400

This usually means the task is no longer available, or there was a problem with the upload itself. Try another available task. If the problem continues, write to us through the chat.

My upload seems stuck or incomplete

Keep the app open with a stable connection and confirm your phone has free storage — but do not delete already-uploaded videos to make room. Delete other photos and videos instead.

Should I delete a video that failed or looks wrong?

No. Contact support before deleting any uploaded video, including anything showing a pending status, red flag, or 0% quality.

My hours are not showing in Claru

That is usually the review queue rather than a fault. Allow 2 to 3 business days. See How video review works.

If you still need help after reading this, write to us through the chat and our team will look into it.
