How to Sign In to the Minute App (Residential V2)
We've updated the login process for the Residential Americas V2 project.
Starting on Monday, October 12th 2026, you must now sign in to the Minute App using a new account we've created for you with your personal email address, instead of your previous Claru email (@supply.claru.ai).
Important: You must use the login credentials provided on your Claru project page. Do not create a new Minute account yourself.
How to sign in
Log in to the Claru website at app.claru.ai. Your Minute credentials are only shown on the website, not in the mobile app.
Go to Projects and open Residential Egocentric - Americas (v2).
Start your next task and scroll down to the section on how to start the project. Your Minute email and assigned password are shown there.
Copy both your email and password from the project page.
Open the Minute App, select Sign In (not Sign Up), and enter those credentials.
Important reminders
You must switch to your new account by October 12, 2026.
Recordings submitted through your old Minute account after the deadline may no longer be reviewed or paid.
If you already had a Minute account with your personal email (for example, from another organization) and no password appears on your Claru project page, open the Minute app, tap Forgot password and enter the email shown on your project page. The reset link arrives in your personal email inbox. Once you are signed in, enter the Claru organization code shown on your project page and make sure Claru is selected before you record.
You do not need to enter an org code when signing in with the new account Claru created for you.
Do not create a new Minute account yourself, and do not create duplicate accounts.
If you have any trouble signing in, please contact Claru Support for assistance.
Frequently asked questions about the sign-in change
1. Can I change the personal email associated with my Claru account?
Unfortunately, we're unable to process requests to change your Claru account email, as this could cause issues with your account and video syncing.
You can continue using your existing personal email on the Minute app and simply use the Claru organization code.
Having multiple organization codes linked to your Minute account is fine, but please make sure you're only recording under the Claru organization code. Recording under multiple organization codes could result in your Minute account being flagged or banned.
2. I can't log in to Minute using my personal email. What should I do?
This issue may be related to previous activity on your Minute account, such as an account that was previously banned or deleted.
Unfortunately, we're unable to resolve these account restrictions directly, as they're managed by Minute.
If you decide to create a new Claru account using a different personal email, please keep in mind:
Previous recordings and hours will not automatically transfer or sync to your new Claru account.
You'll need to check the status of any submissions from your previous account separately.
Creating a new account could also lead to additional issues with the Minute app, so we recommend proceeding with caution.
3. I'm not receiving password reset emails from Minute. What should I do?
If you're not receiving password reset emails after selecting Forgot password in the Minute app, this may be related to an existing Minute account associated with your personal email, either through Claru or another organization.
It could also be related to previous activity on your Minute account, including an account that was previously banned or deleted.
Unfortunately, password resets are managed directly by Minute, and we're unable to resolve these issues on our end.
4. Can I still record using my old Claru (@supply) email?
We strongly recommend switching to your personal email on the Minute app as soon as possible.
Please note that recordings submitted through your old Claru (@supply) email after October 12, 2026, may no longer be reviewed or paid.
To avoid potential issues with your submissions and payments, please complete the transition as soon as possible.
5. I don't see a new Minute password on my Claru project page. What should I do?
If you don't see a Minute password on your Claru project page, you should see a section labeled "You Already Have a Minute Account". This means Minute already has an account associated with your personal email.
You can sign in using your existing email and password. If you don't remember your password, select Forgot password in the Minute app to request a reset email.
Please do not create another account.
If you don't see this section either, the issue may be related to previous activity on your Minute account using your personal email.
How to Enter the Claru Organization Code in Minute
Before recording, make sure you are connected to the correct organization in Minute.
1. Open Settings
Open the Minute app and tap the menu icon (three lines) in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap Organization
Under Account, tap Organization.
3. Enter the Claru Organization Code
The Claru organization code is shown on the Project page of your Claru dashboard. You only need it if you sign in with a Minute account you already had. The new account Claru created for you already has it.
Submit the code.
4. Confirm the Organization
After entering the code, the organization should display as Claru.
Make sure Claru is selected before starting any recording.
Before you record
Before starting, confirm that:
You're using an approved smartphone.
You're signed into the Minute app with the personal email shown on your Claru project page.
You're signed into the correct Minute account.
You've selected the correct recording task.
You're recording from your approved country.
You're wearing your head mount correctly.
You've reviewed the project's Getting Started Guide and recording requirements.
Taking a minute to verify these items before each recording can help prevent rejected recordings, syncing issues, and payment delays.
I don't have any tasks available or I'm seeing a 403 error
This usually means one of the following:
Your account has been disabled.
Your device is not supported.
Your location does not meet the project's requirements.
If the problem continues, please write to us through the chat.
My account is disabled
First, confirm that:
You're using an approved device.
You're recording from your approved country.
If both are correct, please write to us through the chat so our team can investigate.
I received a "Failed to Create Upload" or Error 400
This usually means the task is no longer available or there was an upload issue.
Try selecting another available task. If the problem continues, write to us through the chat.
My phone is running out of storage
Please do not delete uploaded videos from the Minute app unless they have been approved.
Instead, try to free up space by deleting other photos, videos, or apps from your device.
